WASTE-TO-ENERGY-GASIFICATION

As a leader in renewable energy technology and engineering, Vista Internationals Waste-to-energy division develops environmentally safe energy infrastructures that produce electricity, heat, steam, alternative fuels, and natural gas and chemical products using a number of proprietary patented technologies. The Gasification system converts municipal solid waste (MSW), biomass, tires, medical waste and other solid carbon based materials into electricity and steam energy, while capturing the pollutants and turning them into useful products, thus making the unit virtually emissions free. Our Gasification processes use versatile technology's which have multiple applications with promising results in the field of electricity generation, alternative fuels (another Vista technology), sustainable development, landfill and waste cleanup, "green farming" and water purification to name just a few of the applications.

The Gasification Process has proven to be the most economical and efficient method of extracting all available energy and by-products from any solid waste stream. This process accommodates the use of many different solid wastes without any alteration to our unique design. This means that Vista International can monetize every possible product generated from the waste conversion process while still exceeding the most stringent EPA and European Union regulations. Our multiple United States patent's enable us to engineer the most innovative and profitable solutions to global waste problems by harnessing the untapped potential of waste for conversion into low-cost, clean electrical and thermal energy, along with an alternative fuel in conjunction with another Vista technology. There are several additional U.S. patents pending, as well as a number of international patents pending for European Economic Countries (EEC) and Asia.

The gasification technologies process all kinds of waste into a feedstock and then gasify the fuel in the Gasifier where the temperatures range between 1200F-1800F during the multiple staged gasification process. A synthesis or methane type gas is the fuel used for producing our own electrical needs from a gas Genset and if steam is needed for manufacturing or other industrial uses we will use small portable boilers that are more efficient that will run off the synGas or producer gas we generate from our waste conversion process.  The location of trash processing into fuel and the location to convert the processed fuel into electricity and steam can be designed at different locations or at the same location according to requirement.

The gasification technologies have been tested in more than 30 different kinds of projects in various countries around the world. They have proven to be some of the most effective and efficient ways to produce energy out of trash. It requires less land space, requires less investment, has no second time pollution problems, a highly automatic operation control system and one of the most important factors is their modular design.  Their emission standards have exceeded EPA and EU environmental standards for emissions and waste disposal. It eliminates landfill waste, bio-mass, low grade medical waste, industrial waste, tires, waste coal, sludge, manures or other hydro-carbon based waste while producing renewable energy
