Relationship Between Vista International, Inc. and Vista International Technologies Inc. (VVIT)
In the interest of clarity, management
wishes to provide investors with the details of the relationship
between Vista International, Inc. and Vista International
Technologies, Inc (VVIT). Vista International, Inc is a
privately held Colorado corporation which owns and/or licenses a
number of alternative and renewable energy technologies. In the
summer of 2007 Vista purchased a controlling interest in
Nathaniel Energy, Inc, a publicly traded company with the ticker
symbol NECX.
In an effort to show the relationship between the two entities,
as well as to establish a new direction for the public company,
the board of directors of Nathaniel Energy approved a resolution
which changed the name of Nathaniel Energy to Vista
International Technologies, Inc.(ticker symbol VVIT) Vista
International, Inc views VVIT¡¯s technologies as an integral part
of its development strategy as Vista expands its operations on a
